At SarmieSales, we strive to provide top-tier customer service and high-quality products. We understand that there may be rare instances where a refund is necessary.

All Sales Are Final

Refunds will only be issued if you receive the wrong item. Our products are worn at your own discretion, and due to their age, we cannot guarantee their durability. For longer-lasting performance, we recommend purchasing newer cleats.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for cleats that break or tear. Many of the boots we sell are older models (ranging from 5 to 15 years old), which naturally makes them more prone to wear and tear over time. As resellers, not manufacturers, we cannot guarantee the longevity of our products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or not as described, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo evidence. Contact us via email, Instagram, or phone. Each claim is reviewed individually.
